Personal information
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the information shown in the comments form, the visitor's IP address, and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymous string based on your email address (also called a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service if you use it. If you are a registered user and upload images to the site, you should avoid uploading images with EXIF GPS location data. Visitors to the website can download the images from the website and view the location data.
Storage, Processing & Email Newsletter
When you sign up for a newsletter or event, you agree that d-centralize BV uses your email address to send emails with newsletters, updates and events. This can be sent monthly or weekly.
This is only used for news mailing and contact mailing. We do NOT sell email addresses to third parties.
Do you no longer wish to receive e-mails from us? It is possible to unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter or e-mail.
Cookies
When you leave a comment on our site, you can indicate whether your name, e-mail address and website can be saved in a cookie. We do this for your convenience so that you don't have to re-enter this information for a new response. These cookies are valid for one year.

When you leave a comment, that reply and its metadata are kept forever. This way we can recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically instead of moderating them. For users registered on our website (if applicable), we also store personal information in their user profile. All users can view, change or delete their personal information at any time (the username cannot be changed). Website administrators can also view and change this information.
User Rights
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request an export file of the personal data we hold about you, including any information you have provided to us.
You can also request that we delete any personal information we hold about you. This does not include any data we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
